Patrizia Bertini is an experienced design operations leader with a strong background in enhancing user experiences across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Experience Design Operations at TrueLayer since April 2022, Bertini previously held key roles including Associate Director of Design Operations at Babylon and Design Operations Lead at Tide. With extensive tenure at Intuit as International DesignOps Lead and Principal Researcher, Bertini contributed to significant operational efficiencies in multiple countries. Bertini's expertise is complemented by a diverse educational background, including qualifications from Cornell University and The London School of Economics. A certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™ facilitator, Bertini has applied innovative research methodologies to enhance customer and user engagement throughout a robust career.
