Venkatesh Balakrishnan

Venkatesh Balakrishnan, PMP, is an accomplished Business Intelligence professional with extensive experience in analytical system development and management. Currently serving as Business Intelligence Lead at 8x8 since March 2022, Venkatesh previously held positions such as Consultant at Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies and Cognos Business Intelligence Manager at ConvaTec, where responsibilities included directing global sales reporting and maintaining comprehensive sales force reporting applications. Venkatesh's earlier experience includes significant contributions to Troy Corporation in developing global operational reporting systems and a consulting role at AJMLR, where Venkatesh led automation initiatives.
