Kristine Buerano

Kristine Buerano is currently working as an Art Lead at 9 Dots, creating educational games for elementary school students. Kristine is also the Founder of localkristine, focusing on illustration and interactive media for providing comfort and connection. With previous experience at TRU LUV as a Visual Designer, School by K&P as a Motion & Graphic Designer, and Shopify as a Product Design Intern, Kristine has a strong background in design and creativity. Kristine also served as the Creative Director for Islands & Aswangs at Kapisanan Philippine Centre for Arts & Culture, incorporating Filipino mythology into tabletop roleplaying games. Kristine's education includes an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design from George Brown College.
