Kendra Cowans

Kendra Cowans has extensive work experience in product development and design within the media and entertainment industry. Kendra is currently serving as the Director of Global Product Development & Styleguides at 9 Story Media Group since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at WarnerMedia from 2016 to 2021, holding the role of Product Development & Design Manager, focusing on toys, plush, cosplay, and consumer electronics. Kendra also worked at The Walt Disney Company, where they held various roles including Design Manager for stationery, celebrations, and greetings product development from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they served as a Senior Designer for footwear, headwear, hosiery, and softlines product development. Kendra also worked as an Accessories Designer and started their career as an Undergraduate Associate at The Walt Disney Company. Additionally, they gained early experience as an Intern at Jerry Leigh of California.

Kendra Cowans completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communications Design with a focus on Graphic Design from Pratt Institute between 2005 and 2009.
