Maria Escobedo

Maria Escobedo is an accomplished writer with extensive experience in animation and education. Currently, Maria serves as a writer for various animation series, including Disney Junior's "Ariel," PBS's "Rosie's Rules!," and Nickelodeon's "Santiago of The Seas: Season 2." With previous roles at notable companies such as DreamWorks Animation, Disney Television Animation, and Netflix, Maria has demonstrated a strong ability to craft engaging content for children. Additionally, Maria is a part-time lecturer at the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts, sharing expertise gained from a BFA in Film from the School of Visual Arts and further studies at New York University.
