Maheshwari Asary

Maheshwari Asary is the current Manager of HR at 9 Yards Technology. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Manager of HR at Datar Security Service Group from June 2020 to October 2021. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Premiershield Pvt. Ltd from May 2016 to August 2018.

Asary is responsible for development, coordination, and presentation of training programs for employees. Maheshwari also prepares and maintains various MIS Reports like Tracker sheet, requirement and offer reports, to be sent to delivery heads and top management. Furthermore, they support management in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures. Lastly, they manage various employee relations issues such as performance and discipline, through employee counseling involving collaborative efforts between management and employees.

Maheshwari Asary has a Master of Business Administration from NIILM University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Burdwan University in Human Resources Management and Services. Maheshwari also has a 10th and 12th degree from D.A.V. Public School in India.
