Sonam Kumari has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2017, they started as an intern at QSpiders - Software Testing Training Institute and later transitioned to a trainee role at Magic EdTech. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Quality Engineer 1 at Tolexo Online Pvt. Ltd. Afterwards, they joined Employee's Provident Fund Organisation as a Quality Engineer in 2020 and continued in this role until 2022. In 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer at iBoss Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. before joining 9Yards Technology as a Senior Quality Engineer later in the same year.

Sonam Kumari completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Dehri High School, where they obtained their school degree. In addition, Sonam has obtained a certification in Rest API Testing (Automation) from Scratch-Rest Assured Java from Udemy in September 2022.
