Jennifer Cole

Jennifer Cole has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jennifer is currently working at 908 Devices as the Director of Business Intelligence & Automation. Prior to that, they worked at MilliporeSigma as a Senior CRM Admin & Business Analyst, where they maintained CRM responsibilities, coached new Salesforce admins, and acted as the Global Research Business Lead for a Salesforce upgrade project. Before that, they served as a Senior CRM & Tools Specialist, supporting a large user base and representing the voice of the business in CRM changes and enhancements. Jennifer also has experience as an L&D Training Coordinator, where they coordinated learning programs and managed reporting and documentation processes. In the earlier stages of their career, they held roles at Perceptive Informatics, including Manager of Imaging Laboratory and Imaging Research Supervisor, where they demonstrated project management skills and provided management support to project teams. Jennifer's work experience also includes an internship at Child Talk, where they worked with children with learning disabilities and performed administrative tasks.

Jennifer Cole obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Science from Brandeis University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they have received several certifications including the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification, the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) certification, the Salesforce.Com Certified Administrator certification, the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Rally Software, and the Flash CS3 Level 1 certification from New Horizons.
