Disha Sehgal has extensive work experience in the field of human resources.

Disha started their career as an HR Trainee at Tata Teleservices Ltd in 2015.

From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at ICG Medical.

In 2018, they joined Lybrate as a Human Resources Specialist and served in that role until 2019.

At Xebia, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter from 2019 to 2020.
