Akshata Sensharma

Akshata Sensharma has extensive experience in community management and program development, currently serving as Program Manager - Community at 91springboard since August 2017. Akshata has successfully strategized for PAN-India growth, built significant communities, and elevated brand visibility through diverse initiatives, including launching a mentoring program for startups and leading a women's accelerator in partnership with Google for Startups. Akshata has hosted over 150 events, achieving high participant satisfaction, while also managing community partnerships and enhancing social media engagement. Prior roles include Community Head for the South Zone and Senior Community Manager, along with experience in business development at BYJU's and data analysis during an internship at Zero Labs. Akshata holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology.
