Tanay Jadhav

Tanay Jadhav is currently a Senior Community Manager at 91Springboard since November 2024. Prior to this role, Tanay served as a Duty Manager at PVR Limited from October 2023 to November 2024, managing daily operations. Tanay gained foundational experience in operations as an Operations Management Trainee at Cinépolis India from June 2022 to October 2023. Earlier roles include Restaurant Manager at Splendora Restro, where responsibilities included staff management and banquet setups, and Operations Manager at Baalbek Corporation, focusing on inventory management and menu creation.
