In 2002, they joined Gorton's as a Finance Manager and Supply Chain Finance Manager. In 2010, they moved to Orchard Brands as a Call Center Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. In 2011, they became the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Weir Power & Industrial. From 2013 to 2020, they worked as an Independent Consultant, Chief Financial Officer at National Fish & Seafood, Inc., and Interim CFO at The Spencer Turbine Company. Currently, they are the Controller at Auburn FilterSense, LLC. and 99Degrees.

Ana Crespo received their MBA from Harvard Business School in 1995 and their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carleton College in 1986.
