Karla Almeida

Karla Almeida's work experience includes roles at multiple companies. Karla has worked at 99minutos.com since 2020, starting as a Junior Backend Developer and later taking on roles as a Data Scientist Jr, Lead Data Engineer, Data Project Manager, and currently as the Data Team Lead. Karla also worked as a Classroom Teacher at the Facultad de Ciencias Políticas y Sociales - UNAM from 2019 to 2019. Additionally, they are currently a Professor of Computer Engineering at Universidad Uk, starting in 2022.

Karla Almeida completed their high school education at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Aeronautical Technician. Following that, from 2015 to 2019, they pursued an Engineer's degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering at the same institution. In 2017, Karla Almeida enrolled at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Political Communication in 2021. Currently, they are attending King George International College for an undisclosed degree and field of study. In addition to their formal education, Karla has obtained various certifications in areas such as commercial strategy and data analysis from institutions like Platzi and Dominio Tecnológico. Karla is also conducting research in Aeronautical Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, focusing on spectrum radiometric sensors and data analysis.
