Mauricio Acevedo

Mauricio Acevedo is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Performance Marketing, Development and Analytics, and the Director of Digital Marketing at Pepperdine University since October 2016. Acevedo also holds a board member position with the Cal Poly Pomona-Latino Professional Alumni Chapter since June 2022. Previously, Acevedo was the Vice President of Marketing at City Loan, where strategic growth marketing initiatives were executed, and held the position of Vice President of Marketing Technology at Banc of California, focusing on technology initiatives for lead generation. Additional experience includes leading marketing efforts as the Head of Marketing at Globanet, establishing an in-house marketing agency at Nowcom Corp., and executing product marketing campaigns at Atempo and ESRI. Acevedo holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands and a B.S. in Marketing & International Business from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
