Fabian Pusch

Fabian Pusch is the current CTO at 9T Labs. Prior to this, they worked as the Leiter Spritzgusstechnik at Geberit from April 2015 to March 2021. Before that, they were the Leiter Versuchswesen at Netstal-Maschinen AG from July 2012 to February 2015. In this role, they led the test department and was responsible for developing and installing test and trial facilities for injection molding machines and their components. Fabian also coordinated and conducted trials with a focus on product safety and performance testing.

From 2009 to 2012, Pusch worked as a CATIA-Supporter & Process Engineer at Sauber Group. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the design team in using CATIA software and helped to streamline production processes. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Consultant & Teamleiter at CORWAY GmbH, where they led a team of consultants and was responsible for the implementation of ERP systems. Fabian began their career as a Junior Consultant at TRIVIT AG in 2004.

Fabian Pusch attended the University of St.Gallen for their Potential Management Program / GEBERIT and then went on to study Fahrzeug-System-Engineering at DHBW Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg. Fabian completed their Abitur at Technisches Gymnasium Singen am Htwl.

Fabian Pusch reports to Martin Eichenhofer, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Giovanni Cavolina - CCO & Co-Founder, Chester Houwink - COO & Co-Founder, and Sanita Skribe-Negre - Head of People.
