Konstantine Fetfatsidis

President, North America at 9T Labs

Konstantine Fetfatsidis has had a varied and impressive career. Konstantine currently serves as President, North America for 9T Labs, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were Owner & President of NextGen Materials & Processing, LLC from 2017-2019, and VP, Composites Products for Desktop Metal from 2019-2022. From 2013-2018, they were Founder and CEO of Make Composites, Inc. From 2012-2018, they were employed at Aurora Flight Sciences Corporation, where they held several roles including Advanced Manufacturing R&D Lead, Director, Aerostructures Business Development, and Composite Structures Research Engineer. In addition, they were an Adjunct Professor, Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2013-2018, where they instructed graduate courses in Theory of Finite Element Analysis and Mechanical Behavior of Materials, as well as core mechanical engineering undergraduate courses in Applied Strength of Materials, Control of Mechanical Systems, and senior capstone design.

Konstantine Fetfatsidis has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which they obtained in 2007. Konstantine then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same university in 2009. In 2012, they earned their Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. In 2021, they began an Executive MBA program at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, they obtained an Engineer-in-Training certification from the NCEES in April 2007.
