Sanita Skribe-Negre

Sanita Skribe-Negre is the current Head of People at 9T Labs. Prior to this, they worked as a Certified Coach and Facilitator at Mind Gym from January 2019 to November 2021. There, they led leadership and management development programs. Skribe-Negre also has experience as an Executive Coach at Click & Coach: Online Coaching Platform Powered by Talentis from May 2018 to December 2021. During their time there, they completed 1000+ hours of individual and team coaching with a focus on leadership and management development, emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication, career transitions, international mobility, stress management and work-life balance. Additionally, they designed and facilitated team building and training programs on topics such as active listening and collaboration, coaching & mentoring skills for leaders, corporate identity and culture, delegation, employee engagement and retention, performance management, recruiting skills, etc. Skribe-Negre's corporate clients have included Imerys, Airbus, Royal Canin/Mars Group, University of St. Gallen, Ipsen, Swisscom, International Dual Career Network (IDCN), Traxens, eLichens, ICIX, Intapp, Intuitive Surgical, Fetch Media and the French American Chamber of Commerce San Francisco.

Sanita Skribe-Negre has earned a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from HEC Paris, as well as a Master of Science in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education. Sanita is also certified as a Leadership Circle Profile Practitioner from The Leadership Circle, and as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from Co-Active Training Institute. Finally, they are certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation.

They work with Benjamin Grauer - Head of Software, Fabian Pusch - CTO, and Jonas Bosshard - Head of Materials & Process Engineering. Sanita Skribe-Negre reports to Martin Eichenhofer, CEO & Co-Founder.
