Caroline Brenski

Caroline Brenski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as Product Owner and HR Solution Owner at Lapp Gruppe since August 2022, Caroline previously held multiple leadership roles at IBM from September 2016 to April 2022, including Employee & Labor Relations Operations Leader and HR Business Partner. Earlier experiences include internships in marketing and human resource management at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, 4K Personalberatung GmbH & Co KG, and EuroRekruter. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology of Management from the International School of Management, Germany, along with a semester abroad at INSEEC Grande Ecole in Bordeaux, France.
