Abhishek Dogra is a seasoned medicinal chemist currently serving as the Director of Medicinal Chemistry & Induced Proximity at A-Alpha Bio since March 2024. Previously, Abhishek held the position of Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Foghorn Therapeutics Inc. from April 2022 to March 2024. Abhishek's career at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Principal Scientist I, Senior Scientist II, and Senior Scientist I, with significant contributions to oncology, cardiovascular disease, and neuroscience programs. Abhishek began the career as a Senior Research Associate at Galenea, focusing on small molecule optimization. Abhishek holds a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, both from Baylor University.
