Sasha Hardman

Sasha Hardman currently serves as the Global Chief People Officer at A&O Shearman, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sasha Hardman was the Global HR Director at Allen & Overy from November 2015 and previously held the role of Global HR Director at Ashurst from November 2011 to October 2015. Earlier in the career, Sasha Hardman was an Associate Director of HR at Allen & Overy from April 2005 to November 2011 and worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1990 to March 2005 as the Head of Reward and Head of Reward & Recognition. Sasha Hardman earned a BA Hons in Accountancy from the University of Exeter between 1985 and 1988.
