Laurette (Duke) Knowlton has a diverse background with extensive experience in the hospitality and outdoor industries. Currently serving as Assistant Ranch Manager and Human Resources & Logistics at A Bar A Ranch since May 2018, Laurette's prior roles include Staffing and Networks Coordinator. Previous positions include Fellow/Program Associate at the El Pomar Foundation and Teaching Assistant at Denver Academy. Laurette has also held various roles at A Bar A Ranch, including Special Projects Coordinator and Head Fly Fishing Guide. Additional experience includes work as a Sales Associate at Stio®, a Medical Receptionist at Women's Health Center and Family Care Clinic, and a Ski Instructor at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Laurette earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Washington College and completed early education at Kent Denver School.
