Madeleine Wang

Madeleine Wang is an undergraduate student at Swarthmore College, currently serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant since September 2022. Wang received the Eugene M. Lang Summer Fellowship for a research project and published a paper in Developmental Science titled "Statistical learning and children's emergent literacy in rural Côte d'Ivoire," along with presenting a poster at the Sigma Xi Research Poster Session. Additionally, Wang holds a Research Intern position at A Better Chance and has worked as a Retail Associate at kate spade new york, where skills in customer engagement and inventory management were developed. Prior experiences include shadowing at Mount Sinai Health System and serving as Orchestra Manager and Work-Study Pianist at Summit Music Festival, showcasing strong organizational and communication abilities. Education includes ongoing studies at Swarthmore College, alongside previous education at Herricks High School and Manhattan School of Music.
