Oluchi Amadife is currently serving as the Romance Languages Archivist in the Judaica Division at Harvard University, a position held since January 2022. Concurrently, Oluchi is a Scholar Alum with A Better Chance since June 2021. Oluchi gained experience as an Investigations Intern at the NYS Division of Human Rights in summer 2024, after participating as a Roosevelt Scholar at The Franklin Delano Roosevelt Foundation in 2022, which involved studying social issues and collaborating on research regarding inequality in higher education. In early 2022, Oluchi was a Rising Fellow at Bridgewater Associates and previously worked as a Summer Youth Employment Program Staff member with the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development from June 2019 to August 2021. Oluchi holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University, with an expected graduation in 2025, and is engaged in additional studies at Yale University through the Young Global Scholars Program as well as Sciences Po Aix in a semester-long political studies program. Education includes a high school diploma from Emma Willard School.
