Dorian Mastrogany is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in corporate recruiting and education-focused roles. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition professional at Hazel Health since July 2024 and as a Consultant for A Better Monday since January 2023, Dorian previously spent nearly four years as Talent Director at Guild Education, where notable achievements included a successful nomination as a Fellow in the inaugural cohort of the Aspen Institute’s Education & Career Mobility Fellowship, three promotions within four years, and securing over 275 job offers with a 91% acceptance rate. Earlier experiences include positions at Entangled Talent, Summit Public Schools, and Reading Partners, where Dorian consistently led effective recruitment strategies and significantly increased candidate engagement. Dorian holds a B.A. in History, Italian, and Gender Studies from the University of California, Davis, and a Certificate in HR Analytics from Cornell University.
