Sarah Tapscott

Sarah Tapscott is an accomplished geoscientist with extensive experience in resource exploration and academic research. Currently serving as a Project Geoscientist at RSC since March 2022, Sarah has previously held roles such as Exploration Geologist at Billabong Gold and casual geoscientist focusing on resource exploration in New Zealand. A PhD candidate at Massey University from February 2019 to August 2023, Sarah successfully defended a dissertation in volcanology. Educational credentials include a PhD from Massey University, a Master’s Degree from Háskóli Íslands, and a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Western Australia. Additional experience includes positions in cave guiding, research assistance, and various geology-related roles in both field and academic environments.
