Rebecca Garay

Rebecca Garay, aPHR, serves as a Project Leader at FosterInc since March 2022, overseeing client-focused consulting engagements and facilitating effective sessions. Concurrently, Rebecca works as a Facilitator at A Better Monday. Previously, Rebecca held various roles at Reading Partners from August 2017 to February 2022, including Talent Manager and National Senior Talent Associate, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and performance management. Earlier experiences include Team Leader at Galileo Learning, Regional Site Coordinator at Reading Partners, and an AmeriCorps City Year Member. Rebecca's career began with an Administrative Coordinator position at the Women, Gender, and Sexual Equity Department. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Chican@ Studies from UC Santa Barbara in 2015.
