Victor Piana Andrade

Victor Piana Andrade is the current General Director and CEO of A.C.Camargo Cancer Center. Prior to this, they worked as the Operations Director at the same company from February 2020 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the efficiency and quality of patient care in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of cancer. Victor also inspired more than 3000 A.C.Camargo professionals to develop and achieve their professional dreams, always redefining their limits of excellence.

From January 2016 to April 2021, Victor Piana Andrade also served as the Medical Director of A.C.Camargo Cancer Center. In this role, they were responsible for the medical practice of Oncology at A.C. Camargo Cancer Center through the integration of 1000 professionals in more than 60 specialties. Victor was also responsible for the strategic management program of the clinical staff, promoting the construction of an environment that attracts, retains, and develops professionals. We connect individual goals with the institutional purpose of fighting cancer patient by patient, supported by education and research.

Victor Piana Andrade has a Master of Business Administration from Insper, a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a PhD in Oncology from Fundação Antonio Prudente ( A.C.Camargo Cancer Center). Victor also has a residency in Pathology from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a masters in Pathology from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
