Julie Salicrup

Julie Salicrup has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry. Julie began their career in 1995 as a Second Vice President at General Reinsurance. In 2006, they moved to New York Life Insurance Company, where they held the role of Corporate Vice President - Financial Planning and Analysis and Director - GAAP Accounting. In 2018, they became the Director of Finance at A-CAP. In their roles, they have been responsible for the management, reporting and governance for the Corporate business unit account, producing monthly reporting analytics, modeling cash flows and forecasting earnings and surplus, understanding and anticipating liquidity needs and sources, overseeing quarter and annual close process, preparing consolidated annual GAAP financial statements, consolidating and completing quarterly financial results, leading a team of senior accountants, collaborating with Accounting Policy Division, and spearheading the creation and use of template models.

Julie Salicrup holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Quinnipiac College, both in the field of Accounting.
