Virginia Demoss (she/her)

Virginia DeMoss has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Virginia is currently working as the Chief Compliance Officer at A Caring Alternative, LLC since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Critical Time Intervention Team Lead at the same company from January 2020 to January 2021.

Virginia also worked as a Production Coordinator at Varsity Vocals starting from January 2010. Virginia then joined Herrmann International as a Client Success Manager from May 2017 to September 2019.

Additionally, Virginia held the position of Development Associate/Administrative Coordinator at Asheville City Schools Foundation from June 2015 to May 2017 and worked as a Marketing and Development Assistant at Irene Wortham Center from February 2014 to May 2015.

Virginia has also served as Recovery Coordinator at CooperRiis from October 2011 to February 2014 and as the Program Manager: Volunteers at The Contemporary A Cappella Society from August 2010 to December 2013.

Virginia DeMoss (she/her) obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Florida State University from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued further studies in Social Work and earned a Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University between 2006 and 2008.
