Sarah Foley

Sarah Foley has a diverse work experience in compliance roles. Sarah currently works at Patterson Companies, Inc. as the Deputy Compliance Officer and Senior Director of Compliance. Sarah previously held similar positions at Allen & Overy and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Before that, they had a senior management role in global ethics and compliance at The Hershey Company. Sarah also served as a Global Compliance Manager at Weatherford International Ltd. and as a Senior Paralegal at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.

Sarah Foley attended Sweet Briar College from 1997 to 2001. In 2022 and 2023, they pursued the Patterson Leadership Academy at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
