Deb Leadbetter, SILA-F, has extensive experience in business development and sales, primarily in the insurance and housing sectors. Since June 2011, Deb has held various roles at A.D. Banker & Company, including Business Development Executive, Sr. National Account Manager, National Account Manager, and Regional Account Manager. Prior to this, Deb served as a Benefits Counselor at Colonial Life from 2008 to 2011, specializing in benefits communications and voluntary insurance sales. Deb's earlier experience includes roles as Regional Sales Manager for both Hart Housing and Four Seasons Housing, focusing on manufactured and modular homes.
