Prior to this, Deb served as a Benefits Counselor at Colonial Life from 2008 to 2011, specializing in benefits communications and voluntary insurance sales. Deb's earlier experience includes roles as Regional Sales Manager for both Hart Housing and Four Seasons Housing, focusing on manufactured and modular homes.
