Greg Osborne

Greg joined Epstein in 2004 and has nearly 20 years of transportation industry design and management experience, including Phase I planning, Phase II construction documents, roadway horizontal and vertical alignment, maintenance of traffic, drainage and utilities, signage, grading, landscaping and toll plazas.

As Epstein's civil engineering director, Greg is responsible for the departments staff and projects as well as the development of new business for Epstein's site development, transportation and infrastructure engineering services.
