Advika Jayanti

Advika Jayanti is an accomplished engineering fellow at 8VC, selected as one of 30 fellows in North America. With a strong background in technology and entrepreneurship, Advika serves as an investment partner at Dorm Room Fund, leading the Women's Investor Track while investing in top student founders. Previous roles include product engineer at Wispr Flow, software engineering intern at MongoDB, and president of the Carnegie Mellon Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Association. Advika also co-founded V-Tip, a school security analytics platform successfully deployed in multiple educational institutions, and held various research and development positions with notable organizations, enhancing skills in machine learning and web development. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University, Advika possesses a robust foundation in computer science, having graduated from Steinbrenner High School with a focus on the same field.
