Karolina Gruhn

Karolina Gruhn has extensive experience in quality management within the seafood industry. Karolina started their career as a Quality Manager at Royal Greenland in 2005, where they worked until 2018. Following this, they joined Espersen Polska as a Quality Manager, before moving on to become the Head of QM Poland at Espersen in 2019. Currently, Karolina holds the position of Director Quality Management at A. Espersen A/S since 2022.

Karolina Gruhn obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree from the Poznan University of Economics And Business.
