Michelle I. Aiyanyor

Michelle I. Aiyanyor, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Quality Management at NYC Health + Hospitals, a role held since 2025. In addition, Michelle has been a member of the Board of Trustees at StartCare since 2019. Previous positions include Associate Principal, Engagement Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate at Acquis Consulting Group from July 2020 to 2024, as well as a Consultant in Healthcare Business Transformation at PA Consulting from 2018 to 2020. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate for Market Insights at VOZ Advisors in 2017, and as a Senior Project Manager at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health from 2016 to 2018, along with a brief internship at Montefiore Health System. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration/Management from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health (Health Policy) from the University of Rochester, complemented by a high school diploma from Westminster School.
