Bruce Ernst has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the chemical industry. From 1980 to 1987, they worked at Lord Corporation, where they held positions as a Production Manager and Product Development Specialist. Bruce then joined Air Products and Chemicals in 1987 and held roles such as Technical Applications Manager, Market Manager for Polyurethane Chemicals, and Business Manager for Latin America.

In 2000, Ernst joined Imirage Inc. as the Director of Sales and Marketing, where they focused on e-business and e-marketing strategies. Bruce then moved on to Rhein Chemie Corporation in 2003 and served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for their specialty chemicals business.
