Kendra Beach

Kendra Beach is the Chief Strategy Officer at A Glimmer of Hope. Kendra has over 15 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, developing and executing communications strategies for progressive nonprofits and foundations. Kendra began their career as a Research Assistant at the Campaign Finance Institute before moving on to the Democratic Party of Virginia as the Deputy Finance Director for the Virginia House Democratic Caucus. In 2000, they took a position as a Staff Assistant in the office of U.S. Senator Charles S. Robb before joining Spitfire in 2003, where they served as Director for nine years. Kendra has been a Board Member at Community Bridges, Incorporated since September 2005.

Kendra Beach has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from Virginia Tech.
