Arpee R. has worked in the customer service industry since 2012. In that time, they have held roles at four different companies. At Convergys, they served as a Technical Support Representative from 2012-2015. After that, they worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Xerox Business Solutions from 2015-2017. From 2017-2020, they worked at VXI Global Solutions, LLC, first as an Account Associate and then as a Training Specialist, where they trained and mentored new hires, monitored performance, and coached agents to close the gap. Finally, they have been a Customer Happiness Lead and Customer Happiness Representative at Agood Company since 2020.
Arpee R. attended the University of San Carlos from 2007 to 2011, where they studied Bachelor of Tourism Management.
