Lauren Farrell is an experienced instructional systems designer and instructional designer with a strong focus on modernizing military training curricula. Currently employed at Yulista Holding LLC, Lauren leads analysis workshops for the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) project, collaborates with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts, and develops training evaluation plans. Prior roles include working on training needs assessments for the Air Force Global Strike Command at A. Harold & Associates, and contributing to curriculum modernization for the Sailor 2025 RRL project at both A. Harold & Associates and Tipping Point Solutions Inc. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Modeling and Simulation from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida. Key accomplishments include multiple Employee of the Month awards for outstanding contributions to projects.
