Mike Freed

Mike Freed has over two decades of experience in the insurance and banking sectors, currently serving as the Fleet & Office Services Manager at A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Companies since July 2002. In this role, Mike oversees vendor and contract management, ensuring compliance and project execution. Additionally, as a Utility Player Team Manager, Mike leads a team that enhances organizational efficiency across departments, improving customer service capabilities. Mike also has experience as Claim Services Manager, handling complex inquiries and guiding procedures, and has previously worked as Facilities Supervisor and Network Coordinator, focusing on IT vendor management and technology projects. Earlier professional experiences include positions at Lumber Mutual Insurance Co. and Middlesex Savings Bank.
