Mike also has experience as Claim Services Manager, handling complex inquiries and guiding procedures, and has previously worked as Facilities Supervisor and Network Coordinator, focusing on IT vendor management and technology projects. Earlier professional experiences include positions at Lumber Mutual Insurance Co. and Middlesex Savings Bank. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Bentley University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
