Previously, James worked as a Project Engineer at A J Morrisroe & Sons Ltd from July 2011 to February 2019, specializing in sub and superstructure RC frame construction. James has contributed to significant high-rise residential and commercial developments, including projects comprising over 3,000 new homes across 29 residential blocks reaching heights of up to 31 floors. James holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool, completed between 2008 and 2011, and attended Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School from 2001 to 2008.
