Mari Paalosalo-Jussinmäki

Mari Paalosalo-Jussinmäki has extensive work experience in the media industry. Mari began their career as a journalist and producer at Taloussanomat, Sanoma, where they worked for several years. Mari then served as the Managing Editor for Bisnes.fi at Image Kustannus before joining Olivia magazine as a Managing Editor. At Olivia, they played a key role in creating the magazine and its online presence, as well as implementing a unique co-creation project and mentoring program for readers. Mari later became the Editor-in-Chief of Olivia and was responsible for fashion and beauty editorials.

After their time at Olivia, Mari joined Kodin Kuvalehti, Sanoma as a Managing Editor, where they successfully tripled pageviews and built a strong community around the brand. Mari then took on the role of Head of the Features Desk at Kodin Kuvalehti, Vauva and Meidän Perhe, Sanoma Lifestyle, where they oversaw the merger of staffs and the management of multiple magazines and websites.

Mari's next position was as a Content Manager at Sanoma Media Finland, where they led a team in producing customer media content for SOK Media and worked on developing new concepts. Currently, they are the Editor In Chief for Eeva, Kauneus ja Terveys and eeva.fi at A-lehdet Oy, as well as the head of content in Women's Media. Mari also holds the position of Editor In Chief for Kotivinkki, meilläkotona.fi, Unelmien Talo&Koti, and Unelmien Käsityöt.

Over the years, Mari has demonstrated their leadership and editorial skills, as well as their ability to drive the success of media brands through innovative strategies and community building.
