Jen Giacomini

Jen Giacomini has extensive work experience in talent development and acquisition. Jen is currently the Director of Organization and People Development at A-LIGN, a position they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Deloitte for over 15 years, holding various roles in talent development and acquisition. Their most recent role at Deloitte was as a Senior Manager in Talent Development, which they held from May 2021 until their departure. Before that, they served as a Manager, Talent Development from June 2016 to May 2021. Jen also worked as a Specialist in Talent Development from February 2013 to June 2016 and as a Recruiter in Talent Acquisition from February 2010 to February 2013. Their earliest role at Deloitte was as a Coordinator in Talent Acquisition from October 2007 to February 2010.
