Adriana Franco has had a diverse range of roles and experiences throughout their career. Adriana began their professional journey as a Marketing Trainee at Colgate Palmolive in 1996 and then moved on to become a Sales Executive at the same company. Adriana later joined Nabisco Royal as a Product Manager in 1997, and stayed with the company until 1999. In 2007, they joined A.M. Best Company, starting as a Sales Analyst and eventually transitioning to the role of Product Strategy Supervisor. In 2012, Adriana began working at AM Best, where they held various positions including Product Manager, Group Product Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Product Strategy. Adriana'smost recent role is Vice President of Product Strategy, a position they started in September 2021.
Adriana Franco completed their undergraduate education from 1990 to 1996 at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2000, they pursued further education by enrolling at Raritan Valley Community College, where they studied Marketing for a year. In the same year, they also attended Rutgers University for a brief period to study English as a Second Language.
In terms of additional certifications, Adriana obtained three certifications from LinkedIn. In December 2019, they completed the "Product Management Tips" course. In March 2017, they obtained certifications in both "Managing Team Creativity" and "Managing Your Time."
