Nina O'Neil

Nina O'Neil is an experienced mortgage technology and operations professional currently serving as the Director of Mortgage Technology at CMG Financial since February 2022. Prior to this role, Nina held senior management positions at Newrez LLC from March 2015 to February 2022, including Sr. Manager of Mortgage Originations Enterprise Execution and Manager of Business Systems. Earlier experience includes supervising mortgage processing teams at PHH Mortgage and GMAC Mortgage, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams of loan processors and ensuring production, service, and quality standards. Nina began a career in real estate as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at First Choice Realty from 1999 to 2005. Educational credentials include an Associate's Degree in Real Estate/Marketing from Broome Community College.
