Jayanthi Venkataramani

Jayanthi Venkataramani has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jayanthi started their career in 1999 as a Programmer at Direction Software Solutions, where they developed a user-friendly decision support system and worked on a management information system. From 2001 to 2003, they served as a Graduate Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University, providing technical support, training, and developing web pages. In 2004, they worked as an IT Systems Analyst at Integrated Media Management, where they managed projects, developed data dictionaries, and automated processes using various tools. In the same year, they also worked as a Consultant at Synaptic Pharmaceuticals, gathering requirements and creating online PDF forms.

Since 2014, Jayanthi has been working at AM Best and AM Best Company. Initially, they held the role of Regulatory Research/IT business analyst, where they conducted research and analysis related to regulations and supported IT projects. Currently, they serve as the Director of Governance Operations, overseeing operations and ensuring compliance.
