Kimberly Gomez

Kimberly Gomez serves as Chief of Staff and National Operations Practice Leader at Warner Pacific Insurance Services since April 2020, previously holding the role of Senior Director of Operations. Kimberly manages quoting and underwriting teams across multiple states, maintains partnerships with key agencies and carriers, and oversees departmental budgets while enhancing operational processes. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations and Manager of Operations at Warner Pacific Insurance Services, where Kimberly implemented innovative underwriting practices and developed compliance-focused processes. Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology, from Pepperdine University.
