Michelle Sween

Michelle Sween is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, operations management, event planning, and volunteer leadership. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at A.M. Best Company since June 2012, Michelle provides primary support to the President and Chairman and manages various functions within the Human Resources Department, including payroll and benefits. As a volunteer Director of the MidState Girls Softball League since 1997, Michelle leads the tri-county summer travel league and oversees website management and game scheduling. Previous roles include Medical Receptionist at The Doctor Is In, Operations Manager at Adristy Salon and Spa, Freelance Photographer for Brook Cabinetry, Substitute Teacher for the North Hunterdon Voorhees Regional High School District, and Event Planner and Decorator at Celebration Station. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Rutgers University.
