Sridhar Manyem

Sridhar Manyem has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sridhar started their career as a Consultant at Atos Origin in 1997, before transitioning to a Business Analyst role at Thomson in 2001. After that, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Ohio Dominican University from 2005 to 2009. In 2004, they joined Nationwide Insurance as a Management Associate in the Financial Leadership Rotation Program, where they gained experience in pricing, profitability analysis, and hedge effectiveness. Sridhar continued to hold different positions at Nationwide Insurance, including Senior Consultant, Director of ERM Risk Modeling, and Director of ERM. In 2010, they moved on to Standard & Poor's, where they served as an Associate Director in ERM and later became a Director in the Insurance Ratings Group. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Credit Risk Officer at the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA). Currently, they hold the position of Director of Industry Research & Analytics at A.M. Best and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Rowan University since 2019.
