Howard Richardson

Howard Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Howard started their career in 1993 as a Senior Engineer in Product Engineering at A. O. Smith. Howard then worked their way up through various positions, including Product Manager, Global Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, and Product Engineering Manager - Pump Design. In 2010, they became the Engineering Director at A. O. Smith before moving on to Regal Beloit Corporation in 2011. At Regal Beloit, they held multiple roles, including Director - Commercial Technology, Business Leader - Advanced Technology, and Technology Director - Global Pumping Systems. In 2019, they joined Regal Rexnord Corporation as the Director Of Engineering. Howard has also briefly worked as the Engineering Director at Regal Rexnord. Most recently, as of 2023, they have taken on the role of Director of Commercial Engineering, North American Water Heating at A. O. Smith Corporation.

Howard Richardson earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ohio University in the years 1988 to 1993. Howard then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Wright State University from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Wright State University.
